Finance Controller

Job Description:
NTP Crusher is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Controller to oversee all financial operations and ensure the company’s financial health and compliance. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in financial planning, reporting, and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and statements
• Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and company policies
• Manage cash flow, financial risk, and internal controls
• Lead the budgeting process and monitor performance against financial plans
• Coordinate with auditors and manage external audits
• Provide strategic financial insights to senior management
• Supervise and develop the finance team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s or CPA preferred)
• Minimum of 8–10 years of relevant experience, preferably in a similar industry
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
