Finance Coordinator

Qualification:

  • BBA / MBA

Experience:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a reputable organization

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and organize financial documents (invoices, receipts, contracts, etc.).
  • Record and forward finance-related complaints or queries.
  • Collect and share documents with other departments.
  • Assist with data entry, scanning, photocopying, and filing.
  • Help prepare basic reports, letters & memos and provide general administrative support (scheduling, follow-ups, managing office supps).
  • Keep records and files updated, labeled, and easy to access.
  • Track incoming and outgoing correspondence.

Job Type: Full-time
