Pivot Digital Media LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Finance Coordinator to support our financial operations and ensure accuracy in all accounting processes. This role is essential in maintaining financial integrity and supporting business decision-making within a fast-paced digital media environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records, reports, and statements
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts regularly
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities
• Maintain accurate financial documentation and filing systems
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors regarding financial matters
• Assist in audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
• Track expenses and identify discrepancies or areas for cost efficiency

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in a finance or accounting role
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the media or digital marketing industry
• Familiarity with financial regulations in Qatar
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
