Position Overview
We are seeking a Financial Services Coordinator to oversee and manage daily financial operations. This role requires a proactive professional with strong organizational skills, financial knowledge, and the ability to coordinate between clients, regulatory bodies, and internal teams. The Financial Services Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth workflows and maintaining Credisoluciones Ecuador LLC’s reputation for excellence in financial services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate financial services activities including client onboarding, documentation, and transaction support.
  • Liaise with clients to understand financial needs and provide timely assistance.
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, contracts, and compliance documentation.
  • Support budgeting, reporting, and resource allocation activities.
  • Prepare reports on financial performance and recommend improvements.
  • Assist in organizing client meetings, audits, and regulatory reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with Qatar’s financial regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in financial services coordination, banking, or client advisory.
  • Strong knowledge of financial processes, documentation, and compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and financial management tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver under deadlines.
