Finance Executive

Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our Finance Department. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the payroll process and a range of other financial activities. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed financial data entry, validation, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Provide support in managing day-to-day financial operations, including payables, receivables, and general ledger entries.
• Maintain well-organized and audit-ready financial documentation and records.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Conduct variance analysis, account reconciliations, and support budget monitoring activities.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely recording and processing of financial transactions in accordance with internal controls.
• Contribute to process improvements, financial audits, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Take on additional finance-related and administrative duties as required to support the department’s goals.

Qualifications:

• MBA Accounting in Finance or enrolled in CA / ACCA
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Solid understanding of finance and accounting principles.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills

Salary: Between 50k to 60k

Timings: 10:30am to 07:15pm (subject to change as per work requirement)
