Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Manager to oversee and strengthen our financial operations. The Finance Manager will be responsible for supervising the finance team, ensuring compliance with international standards, managing budgets, and providing financial insights to support executive decision-making. This role requires strong leadership, analytical expertise, and familiarity with American payroll systems.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Leadership

• Lead the finance department, overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Develop financial strategies aligned with company goals.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial reporting.

Accounting & Compliance

• Manage accounting systems (QuickBooks, Zoho Books) and ensure accurate records.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and payroll processing.
• Ensure compliance with taxation, financial regulations, and audit requirements.

Payroll & Reporting

• Supervise payroll administration for U.S.-based employees.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Present financial performance reports to senior management.

Financial Analysis & Strategy

• Conduct variance analysis, cost control, and financial risk assessments.
• Provide recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Support strategic planning with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Professional certifications such as ACCA, CA, or ICMA strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Zoho Books, and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with American payroll systems is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication abilities and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work effectively during night shifts.

Working Hours

• USA timings: 9 hours per day.
