Finance Executive

Firstpoint Group is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Finance Executive/Manager with proven expertise in costing, project financial control, and cost monitoring. The ideal candidate will oversee our finance team, ensuring accurate cost tracking, budget adherence, and profitability analysis across our Interior Fit-Out and Facilities Management services in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Cost Control & Project Finance
• Develop, implement, and maintain cost control systems for projects and production.
• Review BOQs, budgets, and project timelines to ensure cost efficiency.
• Monitor material, labor, subcontractor, and overhead costs, identifying potential overruns early.
• Prepare cost variance reports and recommend corrective measures.
• Financial Planning & Reporting
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Manage cash flow, accounting, and treasury operations.
• Conduct monthly financial reviews and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Deliver accurate financial reports, profitability analysis, and business insights.
• Business Support & Strategy
• Work closely with project, production, and procurement teams to align financial plans with operational requirements.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support decision-making.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize costs and improve profitability.
• Leadership & Compliance
• Lead, mentor, and manage the finance & accounts team.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, financial regulations, and international accounting standards.
• Maintain strong internal controls and support continuous improvement in processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting (Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA preferred).
• Minimum 7+ years’ experience in costing and financial control within Construction, Interiors, Fit-Out, and/or Facility Management Services in UAE is a must.
• Proven track record in project cost monitoring and cost optimization strategies.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficient in ERP (Odoo preferred) and advanced Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Experience:

• Finance Executive : 5 years (Preferred)
