Job Title: Finance Executive – Payroll

Location: Rawalpindi/Islamabad
Job Type: Full-time | Day Shift

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Executive with at least 2 years of experience in payroll management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of salaries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees.
• Maintain employee payroll records and ensure accuracy.
• Handle statutory deductions (EOBI, Social Security, Taxes, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Assist in month-end closing and payroll reconciliations.
• Coordinate with HR for employee attendance and benefits data.
• Prepare payroll reports for management review.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in payroll.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and taxation related to payroll.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll/HRM software.
• Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
