Job Function: Generating Sales For The Organization From Self And Team, Recruit Candidate, Building Team, Leading Team, Generate Business From Team And Develop Team.

Skillset: Lead Generation, Sales, Cold Calling, Relationship Building, Business Development, Leadership Qualities.

12th passed And Above Can Apply.

Location: Eco Space Rajarhat , Newtown Kolkata -700156 and Work From Home

5 Days Working. Monday To Friday. 11 AM To 5 PM.

Salary: Fixed INR 7000 + Monthly Allowance 12,000 INR + Incentives, 6+ Variables According To Business Development

**Up To INR 19,000 To INR 35,000

Training Will Be For 3 Months, During The Training Period You Will Get Stipend Upto 1,05,000 INR According To Your Performance.

Selection Process: Interview+ IRDAI Examination.
