Finance Executive

Level3 BOS is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Officer – Accounts Payable & Receivable to strengthen our growing finance team. This role is critical in managing end-to-end AP and AR functions, ensuring accurate financial records, timely payments and collections, and strict adherence to internal controls and accounting standards.

The successful candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and advanced Excel expertise, and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment supporting U.S.-based operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full cycle of accounts payable, including invoice verification, coding, approval processes, and on-time vendor payments.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies by coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
• Handle customer invoicing, ensuring billing accuracy and supporting timely collections.
• Monitor aging reports, follow up on overdue receivables, and actively reduce outstanding balances.
• Utilize Microsoft Dynamics AX for AP/AR processing and financial data management.
• Apply advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysis) to prepare reports and generate insights.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with U.S.-based clients and cross-functional teams.
• Identify gaps or inefficiencies in AP/AR processes and recommend improvements to strengthen workflows and internal controls.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable or a similar finance role.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, AP/AR processes, and financial controls.
• Mandatory experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (mandatory).
