Finance Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to support our day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cash management, expense control, vendor payments, tax compliance, and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth operational liquidity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage outlet cash reconciliation and daily cash monitoring to ensure liquidity.
• Record, review, and control outlet and operational expenses in line with budgets and approvals.
• Handle vendor billing, invoice booking, and payment processing, including ledger maintenance.
• Prepare and manage withholding tax challans (vendors, income tax, rent) and ensure statutory compliance.
• Maintain financial and statutory documentation, including government records and rental agreements.
• Support treasury operations, cash flow monitoring, and banking coordination.
• Assist in audits and management reporting by providing accurate financial data and schedules.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in finance or accounts (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of cash handling, reconciliations, taxation, and vendor management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
