Finance Executive

Qualifications Required:

• Masters with Major in Finance.
• ACCA / ICMA part Qualified.

Experience Required:

• 5-6 years of experience of sales tax and Income Tax.

Job Description:

1. Manage compliance for income tax, sales tax and withholding tax.

2. Preparation of tax returns and ensure timely submission.

3. Handle tax assessments, audits and correspondence with tax authorities.

4. Monitor changes in tax laws and advice management and finance team on its impact in a timely manner.

5. Ensure proper tax deductions and payments in compliance with application regulations.

6. Maintains tax records and documentation.

7. Preparations of income tax and sales tax reconciliations on monthly basis

8. Manage statutory filings, annual returns and corporate reporting obligations

9. Laise with auditors, legal advisors and regulatory authorities.

10. Manage board and shareholders matters, including resolutions and meeting documentations.

11. Filing of Annual forms of SECP for the company.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
