Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to manage day-to-day financial operations for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will handle project-wise accounting, collections, payments, and financial reporting while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily financial operations for real estate projects, including bookings, tokens, installments, and receipts
• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure timely posting of cheques, bank transfers, and cash transactions
• Prepare and monitor project-wise budgets, cash flows, and payment schedules
• Coordinate with sales teams regarding collections, payment plans, and overdue receivables
• Handle bank dealings, including reconciliations and processing payments to contractors, vendors, and consultants
• Prepare monthly financial reports, MIS, and project-wise profitability statements
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal audits, and basic tax requirements
• Support management with financial insights and documentation as required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 1–2 years of relevant experience (real estate experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and coordination abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
