Timings: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, multi-company environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage bookkeeping across multiple platforms including Xero (LANOP), Zoho Books (DBTA), and QuickBooks (Pakistan)
• Maintain and manage company accounts using accounting software
• Prepare and monitor monthly cash flow forecasts for group companies
• Handle and review vendor and customer invoices and financial transactions
• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve banking-related issues
• Ensure proper financial record keeping and documentation
• Assist in financial reporting, internal audits, and management reporting
• Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and tax consultants
• Manage compliance and documentation related to SECP and FBR requirements
• Support daily finance department operations and identify process improvements

Requirements

• MBA in Finance or a relevant qualification
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks; familiarity with Xero and Zoho Books preferred
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, etc.)
• Good understanding of SECP regulations and compliance requirements
• Experience in bank reconciliation and financial reporting
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
