About the Role
As a Finance Executive, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, payroll processing, and compliance-related activities. This role requires strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to handle multiple financial and administrative functions efficiently. You will work closely with the Finance team to ensure smooth operations and regulatory compliance.
What You Will Do
Payroll & Compensation
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing by collecting and verifying required data.
- Maintain and update salary sheets with high accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare End of Service (EOS) calculations in line with company policies.
- Administer and reconcile Provident Fund contributions and records.
Employee Benefits & Compliance
- Manage OPD benefits via the Smartbenefit portal, including enrollments and updates.
- Support employees with benefit-related queries and ensure timely resolution.
- Handle EOBI submissions, including employee registrations and updates.
Financial Administration
- Perform bank reconciliations (Meezan Bank) on a regular basis.
- Ensure timely collection and processing of invoices, including Dubai operations.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and formatting contracts and agreements.
- Prepare and finalize rent agreements as required.
Dubai Operations Support
- Draft and manage Dubai employment contracts, including coordination and documentation.
- Maintain organized records of all Dubai-related agreements and documents.
General Support
- Develop and update finance-related policies and guide employees accordingly.
- Provide backup support during team absences to ensure continuity.
- Assist Finance Manager and Head of Finance with additional tasks as needed.
What We’re Looking For
Education
- ACCA (Qualified or Finalist) preferred, OR
- MBA/BBA in Finance from a recognized institution.
Experience
- 2+ years of experience in a Finance Executive or similar role.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong understanding of payroll, EOS, and provident fund processes.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential data.
- Good written communication skills for drafting policies and agreements.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented with a proactive and supportive approach.
