About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Fresh Graduate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to start their journey in finance, accounting, or business operations. You will have the opportunity to contribute to financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis while gaining hands-on experience in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Support the accounting team with reconciliations, journal entries, and expense tracking.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and insights for management.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in accordance with company policies.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support financial planning and decision-making.
• Participate in audits, compliance checks, and other finance-related projects as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Internship or up to 1 year of relevant experience preferred (finance, accounting, or audit).
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software is a plus.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
