Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Planning & Analysis: Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and variance reports.
• Accounting & Reporting: Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations.
• Compliance: Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory filings in accordance with Indian regulations.
• Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow, working capital, and bank relations to ensure healthy liquidity.
• Cost Control: Track operational expenses, analyze cost drivers, and suggest process improvements.
• Inventory & Revenue Management: Coordinate with the operations and sales teams to reconcile inventory and revenue data, especially across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
• Audit Coordination: Liaise with auditors and ensure timely completion of statutory and internal audits.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor finance & accounts staff.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (B.Com, M.Com, MBA preferred).
• Professional certification (CA, CMA, CPA) is a plus.
• 6+ years of experience in finance & accounts, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, TDS, and compliance regulations.
• Prior experience in e-commerce, retail, or FMCG industry preferred.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, Excel, and familiarity with e-commerce settlement reports.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
