Finance Manager

Title: Finance Manager

Academic Background: CA, CPA or ACCA from a recognized University.

Key Experience: 3 to 5 years’ experience in handling high volume transactions in industries such as education, retail or F&B sector

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance metrics
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax laws, and financial reporting standards
• Coordinate internal and external audits and manage relationships with auditors
• Implement and maintain internal controls and financial procedures
• Support senior management with financial analysis, risk assessment, and decision-making
• Manage payroll, cost accounting, and financial data accuracy
• Supervise and mentor finance team members to ensure high performance and continuous development
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial processes and resource allocation

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
