A) Holiday Homes
- Manage the complete financial cycle for our short-term rental operations.
- Oversee the accurate and timely calculation of monthly statements and payouts to property owners.

- Track and report on key hospitality KPIs, including RevPAR, ADR, and Occupancy Rates.
B) Property & Asset Management
- Oversee the financial management of our long-term rental and investment property portfolio.
- Manage service charge budgets, invoicing, and collections for managed properties.
- Track and analyse property-level profitability, ROI, and support in asset valuation exercises.
C) Interiors
- Manage comprehensive project-based accounting for all interior design and furnishing projects.
- Develop, track, and report on project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled against project milestones.
- Oversee procurement finance, including vendor payments, LPOs, and reconciliation for Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E).
- Prepare detailed project profitability and cost analysis reports.
D) Consolidated & Corporate Finance
- Prepare accurate and timely consolidated monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the entire group.
- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process across all divisions.
- Ensure full compliance with UAE regulations, including VAT returns and preparation for Corporate Tax.
- Manage the annual audit process and serve as the primary point of contact for auditors.
- Supervise and mentor a small finance team.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent) is required.
- Minimum of 7-9 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, with at least 3 years in a management or supervisory role.
- A proven track record in a multi-faceted finance role within the real estate, property development, or hospitality sectors is mandatory.
- Direct experience with project accounting for interior fit-outs or construction is a significant advantage.
- In-depth, practical knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT, and Corporate Tax principles.
Skills & Competencies
- Exceptional ability to manage and prioritize across different business models (transactional, asset-based, and project-based).
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho Books) and advanced MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- A proactive and hands-on management style.
