Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Finance Manager to oversee the company’s full financial operations. This role requires someone hands-on, detail-oriented, and strategic—capable of managing day-to-day finance while supporting senior management with financial planning and decision-making.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, excellent financial judgment, and experience working in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and bank relationships
• Ensure accurate financial controls, policies, and procedures
• Supervise and review work of accountants and finance staff
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and banks
• Ensure full compliance with local laws, tax regulations, and IFRS
• Monitor costs and identify opportunities for financial efficiency
• Support senior management with financial analysis and strategic planning
• Oversee payroll, VAT/tax filings, and statutory submissions
• Manage multiple entities or business units if required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (Master’s or CPA/ACCA preferred)
• 7+ years of proven experience in finance or accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management
• Experience with audits, taxation, and compliance
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting/ERP systems
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of the finance function
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail
