We are seeking a highly experienced Finance Manager to oversee the company’s full financial operations. This role requires someone hands-on, detail-oriented, and strategic—capable of managing day-to-day finance while supporting senior management with financial planning and decision-making.
The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, excellent financial judgment, and experience working in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and bank relationships
- Ensure accurate financial controls, policies, and procedures
- Supervise and review work of accountants and finance staff
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and banks
- Ensure full compliance with local laws, tax regulations, and IFRS
- Monitor costs and identify opportunities for financial efficiency
- Support senior management with financial analysis and strategic planning
- Oversee payroll, VAT/tax filings, and statutory submissions
- Manage multiple entities or business units if required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (Master’s or CPA/ACCA preferred)
- 7+ years of proven experience in finance or accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management
- Experience with audits, taxation, and compliance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting/ERP systems
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of the finance function
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail
