We are a leading tannery and leather gloves manufacturer looking for a skilled Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and drive business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Oversee vendor management, accounts payable, and all payment processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor cash flow, production costs, and inventory finance for raw hides and finished goods.
• Collaborate with procurement and production to optimize cost control and pricing.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and lead audit processes.
• Analyze profitability across product lines and suggest improvements.
• Strengthen internal financial controls and systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; professional certification (ACCA/CMA) a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of finance experience, preferably in manufacturing
• Proficiency in ERP software and advanced Excel.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
