We are expanding our leadership team and seeking a professional, motivated, and ethical Finance Manager to join our F&I department. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values customer satisfaction, and consistently delivers strong performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Present financing options and aftermarket products to customers in a transparent, compliant manner
• Secure financing through approved lenders and maintain strong lender relationships
• Prepare and review all required documentation for accuracy and compliance
• Achieve F&I product sales goals while maintaining high CSI scores
• Ensure all deals are funded promptly and accurately
• Collaborate with sales managers to support a smooth sales-to-F&I transition
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of lender programs, compliance regulations, and dealership processes
• Protect customer information and uphold all federal and state compliance standards

Qualifications

• Previous Finance Manager or F&I Manager experience in an automotive dealership preferred
• Strong understanding of automotive financing, lender programs, and compliance
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• High level of integrity and professionalism
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Proficiency with dealership software (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar) is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
