Finance Manager

Job Summary

Oversees the financial, operational, and strategic management of the Group’s activities, with a focus on real estate investments, financial reporting, compliance, and property administration. Supports Owners and Senior Management through analysis, coordination of real estate transactions, tenant and agent liaison, tax compliance, recruitment, and organisational development.

  • Design and continuously enhance internal controls, financial structures, ERP systems and MIS dashboards to ensure data integrity and executive-level reporting accuracy.
  • Provide strategic advisory to Owners and Senior Management through feasibility studies, financial modelling, ROI analysis, SWOT assessments, market intelligence and diversification planning.
  • Identify, evaluate and structure investment opportunities, including real estate acquisitions and portfolio expansion initiatives.
  • Lead end-to-end real estate acquisition processes including due diligence, financial analysis, coordination with real estate agents and other stakeholders, accounting oversight and portfolio performance monitoring.
  • Act as a liaison between property owners, tenants and real estate agents, managing tenant communications, lease-related documentation and coordination of property-related matters.
  • Oversee service charge payments, property-related financial obligations and maintain proper records of invoices, receipts and supporting documentation for all real estate assets.
  • Manage real estate financial records within ERP systems and prepare financial reports, analysis and performance summaries related to property assets and investment activities.
  • Issue, maintain and file property-related documentation on behalf of ownership, ensuring proper organisation and record-keeping for regulatory, legal and operational purposes.
  • Manage VAT registration, structuring, filing and refund processes, and ensure compliance with UAE Corporate Tax regulations and statutory requirements at both corporate and personal levels where applicable.
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment including workforce planning, job description preparation, talent sourcing, interviewing, salary benchmarking, offer structuring and onboarding formalities.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, organisational structures and performance management systems aligned with strategic objectives and UAE Labour Law compliance.
  • Provide treasury oversight, banking coordination, vendor negotiation, capital optimisation advisory and enterprise risk management implementation.
  • Act as a strategic liaison between Owners, Senior Management, Auditors, Banks and Advisors, providing executive summaries and data-backed insights to support decision-making.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality in handling sensitive financial and strategic matters.
  • Undertake any additional responsibilities as assigned to support the Group’s overall objectives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
