About our Client

Our client, a holding company with a diversified portfolio of businesses and a strong focus on the FMCG sector, is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee financial operations across multiple entities. The role will support senior management through accurate financial reporting, effective financial planning, and strong financial controls across the group.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for the group and its subsidiaries.
• Consolidate financial statements across multiple business units.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Monitor financial performance and provide insights to support strategic decisions.
• Oversee cash flow management, working capital, and banking relationships.
• Implement and maintain financial controls, policies, and compliance procedures.
• Monitor key financial metrics relevant to FMCG operations such as margins, inventory turnover, and cost efficiency.
• Support evaluation of new investments, business opportunities, and expansion initiatives.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA preferred.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
• Experience in FMCG, distribution, or manufacturing sectors preferred.
• Experience working within a holding company or multi-entity environment is an advantage.
