Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, reporting, and budgeting.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for management.
• Monitor cash flow, analyze variances, and provide actionable financial insights.
• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and risk management initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Qatari accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Collaborate with department heads to drive cost efficiency and strategic growth.
• Mentor and manage junior finance staff, fostering a high-performance team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in finance management, preferably in corporate or consulting sectors.
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling, reporting tools, and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of leading cross-functional teams.

Pay: QAR25,000.00 - QAR35,000.00 per month
