Finance Manager

We're hiring for Finance Manager—Onsite in Multan with a PKR salary.

Our client company is a fast-growing E-commerce platform that provide Account Support Service to top-notch entrepreneurs in Multan.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly competent Finance Manager / Strategic Accountant to oversee financial management and reporting for a diversified group of ventures operating across multiple sectors and jurisdictions.

The role involves managing financial records, consolidated reporting, investment tracking, expense management, and compliance while ensuring accurate financial visibility across business activities and assets.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Accounting

  • Maintain accurate financial records for multiple business activities
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Manage Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow reports
  • Monitor financial performance and profitability across operations

Financial Management

  • Maintain consolidated accounting records for different business units
  • Track operational expenses, revenues, and cost structures
  • Ensure proper documentation and financial transparency

Investment & Asset Tracking

  • Maintain financial records of investments and assets
  • Monitor portfolio performance and maintain financial summaries
  • Prepare reports to support strategic financial decisions

Banking & Financial Operations

  • Handle bank reconciliations and payment tracking
  • Monitor financial transactions across different accounts
  • Maintain records of expenses, credit facilities, and financial obligations

Expense & Payroll Management

  • Maintain records of salaries, operational expenses, and overhead costs
  • Track organizational expenditures and budget allocations

Tax & Compliance Support

  • Maintain proper documentation required for regulatory and tax purposes
  • Assist with financial reporting required for compliance and auditing

Financial Organization & Historical Records

  • Organize and structure historical financial records
  • Prepare financial summaries and reports for management review

Required Qualifications

  • ACCA / CA / CMA / CPA preferred
  • Minimum 4–6 years experience in accounting or finance
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting and bookkeeping
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience with accounting or ERP software
  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities

Preferred Experience

  • Candidates with exposure to international financial operations, investment tracking, digital businesses, and multi-entity accounting will be preferred.
