As part of our expansion, we are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead our finance team and oversee the company’s financial operations.

Role Overview

The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing financial planning, reporting, and compliance while supporting strategic decision-making. This role requires leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate across departments to ensure financial efficiency and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and reporting.
• Prepare and review financial statements, forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Ensure compliance with Qatari regulations and international accounting standards (IFRS).
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk assessments.
• Collaborate with senior management to support strategic planning and investment decisions.
• Supervise and mentor finance staff, ensuring high performance and accuracy.
• Coordinate with auditors and regulatory authorities during audits.
• Implement financial systems and recommend process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, ACCA, or CMA certification preferred.
• 7–10 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and local regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and financial reporting software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Pay: Up to QAR45,000.00 per month
