Roles and ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
• Develop and implement financial policies and strategies to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Provide strategic recommendations to the leadership team based on financial insights.
• Manage cash flow, financial reporting, and annual budgeting processes.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Lead risk management initiatives and safeguard the organization’s financial health.
• Mentor and manage the finance team to achieve high performance.
• Liaise with external stakeholders, including auditors and financial institutions.

Desired Candidate Profile Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree or certifications such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA are a plus).
• 8 Years of progressive experience in financial leadership roles.
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and compliance standards.
• Proven ability to design and implement effective financial strategies.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities to engage with diverse stakeholders.
