Finance Manager
Salary Range: AED 20,000 – 25,000/month

Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Finance Manager with a proven background in the Facility management services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s financial operations, reporting, planning, and compliance, while ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements. The role is hands-on and strategic, with the opportunity to drive financial performance and optimize the firm’s financial infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities: Financial Management & Reporting
- Oversee daily financial operations, including accounting, cash flow, banking, and reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS.
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes; compare actuals to budget and provide variance analysis.
- Monitor liquidity, working capital, and financial ratios to ensure healthy financial standing.
Regulatory Compliance & Audit
- Ensure full compliance with UAE Central Bank, DFSA, or relevant regulatory authorities.
- Lead internal and external audits; liaise with auditors and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure adherence to VAT and corporate tax regulations; manage submissions and filings.
Strategic Financial Planning
- Provide financial insights to support decision-making, investment strategy, and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with leadership on pricing models, profitability analysis, and financial KPIs.
- Participate in the preparation of board reports and investor decks.
Team Leadership & Systems
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team (accountants, analysts, assistants).
- Optimize ERP systems and financial processes for greater efficiency and control.
- Work with cross-functional teams including compliance, legal, and operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
- Professional qualification: CPA, ACCA, CA, or CMA (mandatory or in progress).
- 7–10 years of finance experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Must have direct experience in financial services, fintech, lending, investment firms, or banking.
- Strong understanding of IFRS, UAE tax laws, and regulatory frameworks.
- Advanced Excel and ERP proficiency (e.g. Oracle, SAP, QuickBooks, NetSuite).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

- Timeliness and accuracy of financial reporting
- Budget vs. actual variance control
- Regulatory compliance and audit outcomes
- Cost-saving initiatives or margin improvements
- Team performance and development metrics
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- UAE experience is highly preferred
- Able to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment
- Experience liaising with banks, auditors, and regulators
- Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities
- Available to join within 1 month (preferred)
