*Hiring – Finance Officer / Finance Executive*

Industry: Canadian-based IT Company

We are seeking a Finance Officer / Finance Executive with strong hands-on experience in accounting software to join our finance team.

*Job Requirements:*
Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience
Software Expertise: Hands-on experience with QuickBooks and Peachtree
Strong understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting
Ability to manage day-to-day financial operations independently

*Qualification:*

Minimum Graduation (B.Com, BBA, or equivalent)

*Key Responsibilities:*

Maintain books of accounts using QuickBooks and Peachtree
Prepare vouchers, invoices, and financial records
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Assist in monthly and annual financial reporting
Support audits and compliance requirements
Coordinate with management on financial matters
