Job Summary:
The Financial Operations Analyst will support the financial and business operations of a large,
complex organization by leveraging strong finance knowledge, business acumen, advanced Excel
capabilities, and an understanding of AI tools. This role is ideal for a motivated professional
early in their career who is eager to contribute to financial processes, data analysis, and
operational efficiency through innovative technologies.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Workday.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau, Excel and SharePoint
- Basic programming or scripting skills (e.g., VBA, Python) to support automation initiatives.
- Awareness of AI ethics and responsible AI use in financial contexts.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-8years of experience in financial operations, finance, or business analysis roles, preferably
within a large or complex organization.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, data analysis tools,
and automation capabilities.
- Familiarity with AI tools relevant to finance and business operations, such as
AI-driven analytics platforms, robotic process automation (RPA), or AI-enhanced reporting tools.
- Solid understanding of financial principles, business processes, and operational workflows.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly
to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Salary Range: $64,000-$120,000 a year
