My client are looking for an experienced Finance Transformation Consultant to support a client in assessing the current operating model of the Finance Department and designing a future-state Target Operating Model (TOM) . The role will focus on improving finance processes, governance frameworks, reporting structures, and performance management through best-practice financial methodologies and tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess the current finance operating model , identifying gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Design and implement the future-state Target Operating Model (TOM) for the Finance Department.
• Develop and document finance policies, procedures, KPIs, and supporting forms/templates .
• Lead business process reengineering initiatives to improve efficiency and financial governance.
• Support the development of financial planning and forecasting methodologies .
• Build financial models to support decision-making and performance analysis.
• Develop dashboards and performance reports using Power BI .
• Prepare executive-level presentations and insights for leadership stakeholders.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Finance Transformation roles.
• Strong background in finance operating model design or transformation initiatives .
• Experience in business process reengineering and financial planning frameworks .
• Professional certification such as CMA, CPA, CFA, or MBA .
