Your Opportunity

As a Finance Employee you will be responsible for working with the finance audit compliance and other departments of selected Roche this position you will focus on :

• Verifying financial documents and transactions
• Handling integration processes between financial systems such as Concur and SAP
• Supporting the preparation of financial reports and training material where required on a periodic basis
• Working collaboratively with the team to identify opportunities to improve financial documentation and processes (e.g. review manuals coding reasons for adjustments etc.)
• Taking responsibility for assessing the accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions in accordance with the Companys Policies Procedures and External regulatory requirements
• Participating in finance programs projects and other adhoc tasks assigned by the supervisor / HOD

Who you are

We are looking for someone who is selfmotivated really passionate about his or her job and understands that providing a highquality service is crucial for the organization. As an ideal team member you are openminded dedicated to make a difference and open to constant development. Furthermore you have :

At least 3 year of experience in a relevant position in the field of Finance / Accounting

Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting

Good administrative & communication skills

High commitment to maintain / improve service levels

Open mindset and customer focus

Proficiency in English

Desirable

• Knowledge of finance and accounting principles
• Experience in SAP / Concur system
