Pay & Earnings:

• Training: $52,000/year (~$1,000/week)
• Post-training: $54,600/year (~$1,050/week)
• Full book of business: $57,200/year (~$1,100/week)
• Unlimited monthly bonuses (no cap)
• $200/month health reimbursement after training

About the Role:
As a Financial Account Manager at Best Damn Bookkeeping, you'll manage multiple client accounts, turn messy books into clean, organized financials, and help business owners understand their numbers. You'll see the impact of your work daily and support small business owners in running their companies more effectively.

What You'll Do:

• Manage bookkeeping for multiple clients
• Collaborate with internal team to ensure accuracy and meet deadlines
• Communicate directly with clients to solve financial challenges
• Turn financial data into clear, actionable insights
• Stay current on accounting and bookkeeping best practices

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience
• Strong communication and client management skills
• Reliable computer + high-speed internet
• Self-motivated, accountable, and able to work independently
