Financial Accountant

Duties:

• Responsible for bookkeeping and financial entries
• Prepare contracts and process invoices, quotations, and delivery notes
• Monitor accounts receivable/payable and follow up on outstanding payments
• Bank reconciliations and petty cash handling
• Maintain and update inventory records (scrap material)
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations
• Coordinate with external auditors or accounting firms as needed
• coordinate with Banks
• Prepare documents for Letter of credit
• Coordinate with Buyers and suppliers for payment and receivables.
• Prepare different MIS for Management.
