Financial Advisor | Wealth Management Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated, relationship-driven individual to join our team as a Financial Advisor. This role is designed for someone who wants to build a long-term career in wealth management by developing their own client base, delivering sophisticated financial strategies, and operating as a trusted advisor to high-earning individuals and families. This is a performance-based opportunity with uncapped earning potential, supported by a structured training program, mentorship, and access to a full suite of financial planning tools and solutions.

Compensation: First-year target earnings of $90,000–$100,000, with significant upside tied to production.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and manage your own book of business by developing relationships and sourcing new clients through networking, referrals, and strategic outreach
  • Design and implement comprehensive financial plans across cash flow, investments, risk management, tax strategy, and estate planning
  • Provide tailored recommendations aligned with each client’s goals, time horizon, and risk profile
  • Guide clients through key financial decisions, acting as a long-term strategic partner in their personal economy
  • Continuously review and optimize client plans as circumstances evolve
  • Leverage a wide range of financial solutions, including investment portfolios, insurance strategies, and retirement planning vehicles
  • Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development to deepen technical expertise and advisory capabilities

  • Client-first mentality with a focus on long-term relationship building
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field preferred
  • Prior experience in sales, consulting, or client-facing roles is a plus

Professional Development
