So, what responsibilities does the Financial Analysis and Reporting Specialist take on at Otokoç Otomotiv

• Report financial figures and ensure accurate data flow during closing periods
• Participate in preparation of budgets, forecasts and financial model
• Tracking KPIs, preparing and reporting financial KPI reports
• To preparing cash flow and forecast financial effect end of month
• Analyzing actual and budgeted results and report to upper management
• To monitoring financial information and events, measuring its impact on business
• Deliver ad-hoc reports

What are the Required Qualifications?

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related fields
• At least 3 years of working experience; preferably audit experience in Big Four
• Advanced reporting and analyzing skills and experience in budget
• Automotive experience is a plus
• Preferably experienced in using SAP and Oracle-Hyperion systems.
• Strong analytical & critical thinking skills and ability to manage multi-projects with prioritization
• Ability to improve business processes; project management skills
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to liaise and influence at all levels
• Teamwork oriented with good communication skills
• Fluency in English
