What You Will Do:


We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our finance team. This role will support the company’s financial operations, including budgeting assistance, management reporting, and financial analysis. You'll work closely with the Financial Manager and senior team members to provide accurate financial data, assist in process improvements, and contribute to informed business decisions.


  • Budgeting & Forecasting : Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts. Collect and organise financial data from different departments to ensure accuracy and alignment.
  • Financial Analysis : Prepare and update regular financial reports (weekly, monthly, annual). Support analysis of variances between actual and budgeted figures.
  • Management Reporting Automation : Provide support in maintaining and improving automated reporting tools. Update and test templates, dashboards, and data sources.


Who We Are Looking For:


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a finance, accounting, or analytical role.
  • Technical Skills: Strong Excel skills required (formulas, PIVOT tables, etc).
  • Knowledge: Basic understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and accounting principles.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy and detail.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Languages: English fluency is required, Russian fluency is a plus.
