About the Company: Hiring for a leading Financial Markets data and technology company based in Pakistan.

Role Overview – Data & Research Lead

Responsibilities:

• Streamline data ingestion and enhancement by implementing AI extraction on tools, significantly increasing data accuracy while reducing processing time.
• Lead a team of data and research analysts in maintaining the accuracy and completeness of data and financial models. Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop a strategy and roadmap for the data solutions product, including expanding coverage of data related to the capital markets.
• Liaise with data customers to understand their needs and resolve queries.
• Produce data-backed analysis and reports to be distributed among clients and investors.
• Work closely with the marketing team to provide data and insights to be used as marketing materials.
• Communicate with cross-functional team members, including the engineering team, to execute the product development plan.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in data and research/ financial analyst.
• A strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and get a lot done with minimal direction.
• A curiosity for exploring and discovering insights from a diverse range of datasets.
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to present complex data clearly and concisely.
• A passion for fintech and data.

Education:

• A degree in accounting, finance, commerce, business, statistics, or other related fields.
