ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a sharp, driven Financial Analyst to join our Finance & Strategy team. In this role, you will transform complex financial data into actionable insights that directly shape executive decisions and long-term business strategy. You will own financial models, lead planning initiatives, and be a trusted advisor across the organization — all while mentoring the next generation of finance talent.
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love turning numbers into narratives, and want your work to have a real seat at the table, we want to hear from you.

- Analyze historical financial performance, identify trends, and translate findings into concise, executive-ready insights.
- Develop and stress-test financial projections; proactively flag risks and opportunities to senior leadership.
Planning, Budgeting & Reporting
- Lead the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and variance analyses; partner with business units to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Author financial sections of quarterly and annual reports, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
- Support business development studies and economic evaluations for new initiatives, products, and markets.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Design and deliver compelling presentations and data visualizations for the C-suite, Board, and external stakeholders.
- Serve as the go-to financial resource for internal teams — translating technical analysis into business language that drives decisions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, Operations, and Business Development to support enterprise-wide initiatives.
Process Improvement & Team Development
- Identify inefficiencies in financial processes and implement scalable improvements that increase speed and accuracy.
- Mentor and review the work of junior Financial Analysts, fostering a culture of analytical rigor and continuous learning.
