ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a sharp, driven Financial Analyst to join our Finance & Strategy team. In this role, you will transform complex financial data into actionable insights that directly shape executive decisions and long-term business strategy. You will own financial models, lead planning initiatives, and be a trusted advisor across the organization — all while mentoring the next generation of finance talent.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love turning numbers into narratives, and want your work to have a real seat at the table, we want to hear from you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial Analysis & Modeling

  • Build, maintain, and continuously refine financial models that support strategic planning, M&A evaluation, and capital allocation decisions.
  • Analyze historical financial performance, identify trends, and translate findings into concise, executive-ready insights.
  • Develop and stress-test financial projections; proactively flag risks and opportunities to senior leadership.

Planning, Budgeting & Reporting

  • Lead the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and variance analyses; partner with business units to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Author financial sections of quarterly and annual reports, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
  • Support business development studies and economic evaluations for new initiatives, products, and markets.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

  • Design and deliver compelling presentations and data visualizations for the C-suite, Board, and external stakeholders.
  • Serve as the go-to financial resource for internal teams — translating technical analysis into business language that drives decisions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, Operations, and Business Development to support enterprise-wide initiatives.

Process Improvement & Team Development

  • Identify inefficiencies in financial processes and implement scalable improvements that increase speed and accuracy.
  • Mentor and review the work of junior Financial Analysts, fostering a culture of analytical rigor and continuous learning.

WHAT YOU BRING

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or budgeting.
  • Exceptional financial modeling skills (Excel mastery; experience with scenario and sensitivity analysis).
  • Strong communication skills — you can tell a story with data and adjust your message for any audience.
  • High attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Preferred

  • Advanced degree or professional certification: MBA, CPA, or CMA.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise planning systems such as PeopleSoft or Hyperion (Oracle EPM).
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and ERP systems.
  • Prior experience mentoring or leading junior analysts.

WHY JOIN US
