Financial Analyst – Corporate Accounting

A newly forming independent company in the food processing equipment industry is seeking a Financial Analyst – Corporate Accounting. This role supports the corporate ledger close process, external financial reporting, and various corporate accounting functions. The position reports to the Corporate Accounting Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support monthly/quarterly close: journal entries, reconciliations, deliverables
• Coordinate corporate cost allocations & accounts payable
• Assist with global lease accounting under US GAAP (LeaseQuery)
• Administer the expense reporting tool (Chrome River); track/review corporate expenses
• Assist with SEC filings and other external reports
• Support quarterly and annual audit processes
• Collaborate with FP&A, Investor Relations, Tax, Treasury, and Legal
• Complete ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• 2+ years of accounting experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; advanced degree a plus
• Strong understanding of US GAAP
• CPA preferred
• Up to 10% travel
