A prestigious global law firm with 1,750+ attorneys across 20+ offices worldwide is seeking a Financial Analyst to support practice group leaders and senior managing partners with financial reporting, performance analytics, and business insights.

This is a great opportunity for an early-career finance professional who enjoys working with data, building reports, and partnering with senior stakeholders in a sophisticated professional services environment.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare standard and ad hoc financial reports summarizing key performance indicators and profitability at the practice group, office, and attorney level
• Support financial managers in the design and preparation of the monthly financial reporting package
• Participate in monthly review calls with senior management and address follow-up requests
• Configure specifications to accurately and efficiently extract data from the firm's financial reporting software
• Perform ongoing audits of financial system data to ensure accuracy and compliance with reporting SOPs
• Troubleshoot and resolve inquiries related to financial matters, collaborating cross-functionally as needed
• Assist with the annual budgeting process and analysis of lateral hire activity
• Support maintenance of the firm's financial software and reporting tools
• Assist with quarterly and annual bank surveys

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar
• At least 1-2 years of finance, accounting or consulting experience
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word)
