Sisu Healthcare Solutions is a privately held infusion therapy company that is dedicated to providing excellent clinical service to our patients, physicians and managed care customers. We provide comprehensive infusion therapy services that include the provision of nutritional, antibiotics, and specialty drugs administered intravenously, including all medically appropriate and necessary supplies. We provide these services and products to patients in the home setting or in our outpatient ambulatory infusion suites.

We are hiring a Financial Analyst to join our corporate finance team at our Tempe, Arizona headquarters. This is a high-visibility role that partners directly with operations, revenue cycle, and executive leadership to deliver analytics and decision support that shape how we grow, price, contract, and collect. The right candidate pairs strong fundamentals in healthcare finance with hands-on fluency in modern AI-powered analytics tools and is excited to help build a finance function that treats AI as a core productivity layer.

***Sign-On / Performance Bonus – There will be a one-time $1,500 bonus after 6 months, following a performance review.***

What You'll Do:

  • Build and maintain financial models covering revenue, payer mix, collections, contractual allowances, and outstanding AR across business lines and service locations.
  • Partner with revenue cycle and operations to analyze payer performance, denial trends, and net collection rates; translate findings into prioritized actions for leadership.
  • Deliver period-over-period variance analyses (month, quarter, year) with clear narrative on drivers and recommended responses.
  • Build and automate dashboards and reports for executive, operations, and revenue-cycle stakeholders; focus on timeliness, accuracy, and a high signal-to-noise ratio.
  • Use AI analytics tools responsibly to accelerate data preparation, exploration, reconciliation, and narrative generation; document prompts, workflows, and guardrails so others can reproduce the work.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and pricing analyses including sensitivity and scenario modeling tied to payer-mix shifts and contract changes.
  • Provide ad-hoc decision support on vendor evaluations, capital requests, new-service business cases, and M&A or partnership diligence as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, Health Administration, Statistics, or a related quantitative field from an accredited institution.
  • Experience: 3+ years providing financial analytics and decision support in a healthcare setting (provider, payer, health system, PBM, or healthcare services).
  • Healthcare payer fluency: working knowledge of payer contracts, reimbursement methodologies, fee schedules, claims lifecycle, denials, and net revenue concepts across commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, and managed-care products.
  • AI analytics proficiency: demonstrated, current use of AI tools (large language models, AI-assisted data analysis, or AI copilots) to accelerate financial and operational analysis — not just familiarity, but real examples of work produced.
  • Technical toolkit: advanced Excel (pivot tables, array formulas, Power Query), SQL for pulling and joining data, and a BI tool such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Communication: ability to translate numeric findings into concise written summaries and executive-ready visuals; comfort presenting to operations and clinical leaders.
  • Work authorization: legally authorized to work in the United States. This role is on-site in Tempe, AZ; reliable daily commute required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Home infusion or home healthcare analytics experience covering per-diem billing, drug and nursing revenue codes and the associated payer reimbursement nuances.
  • Familiarity with Anthropic products (Claude, Claude Code, Claude API, Cowork, or Claude-based plugins and agent workflows) applied to finance or operations use cases.
  • Master’s degree (MBA, MS Finance, MS Analytics, MHA, or MPH) or active progression toward CPA, CFA, or FP&A certification.
  • Revenue cycle system exposure (e.g., CPR+, Brightree, NetSuite, Waystar, Availity, or comparable platforms) and general ledger fluency.
  • Python or R for reproducible analysis and light automation; familiarity with pandas, Jupyter, or notebook-based workflows.
  • SOX, audit, or internal controls experience and comfort documenting analyses to workpaper standards.
  • Exposure to multi-location or multi-state operations with an understanding of how state-level regulatory differences affect revenue and reporting.

Logistics & What We Offer:

  • Location: Corporate office in Tempe, Arizona. This is an in-person, on-site role; remote and hybrid arrangements are not available for this position.
  • Schedule: Full-time, standard business hours with occasional month-end and quarter-end surge periods.
  • Compensation: Competitive base salary commensurate with experience, plus performance bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO).

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
