The University of Florida’s Clinical Research Hub (CRH) is seeking a Clinical Research Financial Analyst II to join the Clinical Trials Support Office within the College of Medicine’s Office of Research. This role offers the opportunity to play a critical part in supporting innovative clinical research by building and managing study protocols within the Clinical Trials Management System (CTMS) for Academic Health Center and Oncology projects. The Analyst will collaborate with a dynamic financial team to oversee post-award financial activities for clinical trials, ensuring accurate invoicing, revenue tracking, and compliance with institutional and sponsor requirements. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys financial analysis, problem-solving, and working with cross-functional teams, including study coordinators, sponsors, and UF research offices. Responsibilities also include conducting account audits, supporting budget compliance, processing project closures, and maintaining financial integrity across studies. The role provides the opportunity to contribute to process improvements and align workflows with industry best practices in clinical trial financial management.
