Financial Analyst - Internship

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities for all group companies.
• Perform variance analysis to explain deviations between actual and budgeted financial performance.
• Develop financial dashboards and performance KPIs for business monitoring.

Financial Reporting

• Consolidate financial data from multiple business units.
• Prepare P&L statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial policies.

Business & Cost Analysis

• Conduct cost analysis for services, operations, and new projects.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities.
• Support pricing models for services, new clinics, or expansion initiatives.
• Evaluate ROI for proposed investments and strategic decisions.

Operational Support

• Work with HR, Operations, and Procurement on cost optimization.
• Analyze operational efficiency and recommend improvements.
• Monitor revenue cycle performance, including billing, collections, and claims.

Audit & Compliance

• Support internal and external audit requirements.
• Ensure financial documentation accuracy and timely submission.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of financial data.
