Responsible for the preparation, coordination, and documentation of financial analysis projects such as financial and expense performance, rate of return, depreciation, working capital, and investments. The ideal candidate will have strong operational experience and must have hands-on exposure to Salesforce to support data-driven business decisions and cross-functional collaboration.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides analysis for forward-looking financial and business-related projects
Prepares forecasts and analysis of trends in manufacturing, sales, finance, general business conditions, and other related areas
Responsible for the reconciliation of internal accounts
Identifies trends and developments in competitive environments and presents findings to senior management
Gathers and interprets data from Salesforce and other systems to support business operations and performance reporting
Gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Experience:
Typically requires a bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent
Typically requires 4 to 6 years of related experience
Strong operating experience with a proven ability to support and improve day-to-day business performance
Exposure to Salesforce is a must, including proficiency in extracting and analyzing operational and financial data
Experience building, customizing, and maintaining reports and dashboards within Salesforce is required
Computer/Technical:
Proficient in Office 365 – Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Demonstrate ability to learn and understand basic office software applications
Experience with Financial Analysis Software and Financial Research & Analytics Software
Salesforce proficiency required
Other Skills:
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, and follow-up skills
Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work both individually and as a team member
Proven ability to manage large projects with exceptional project management skills
Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to manage detailed and sometimes ambiguous information
Skilled at interacting with employees at all levels within the organization
