The Role:
We are looking for a proactive Financial Commercial Analyst to join our team at IDR. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a basic understanding of financial principles. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Bidding Coordination:
Collaborate with bidding team on project opportunities
Conduct initial project feasibility assessments
Develop pricing strategies and proposals
2. Expert Pricing and Budgeting:
Develop expert pricing models based on project requirements
Allocate budgets for experts based on project scope
3. Project Profitability Analysis:
Monitor project profitability daily
Ensure project achieves required profit margins.
Compare actual vs. budgeted costs and revenues
Identify variances and potential issues and report to senior management.
4. Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare project profitability reports.
Analyze project performance by customer, shift, and geolocation
Identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Can prepare complex financial models.
5. Database Management:
Maintain project database with key metrics
Update project information and profitability data.

Qualifications and Skills:
Education:
Accounting qualification such as ACCA/CA or equivalent
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience at an Audit Firm. Preference will be given to people who have experience of working with the Big 4.
Communication skills:
Strong verbal & written communication skills
Other necessary skills:
Proficiency in accounting and familiarity with accounting software.
Basic understanding of financial principles and terminology.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Hands-on experience on QuickBooks Online is a plus.
Hands-on experience in Power BI.
