Associate PMO

Islamabad, Pakistan

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate PMO to join our Project Management Office team. The role involves providing support in project coordination, reporting, documentation, and ensuring adherence to project management standards. This position is ideal for candidates who want to build a career in project management and gain hands-on experience in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, monitoring, and reporting of ongoing projects.
  • Maintain and update project documentation, trackers, and dashboards.
  • Support Project Managers in status reporting, scheduling, and follow-ups.
  • Ensure projects comply with PMO processes, standards, and methodologies.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting minutes for stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track progress and resolve issues.
  • Perform data analysis to identify risks, delays, or resource gaps.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO tools and processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , Software Engineering.
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships or project support experience preferred).
  • Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Asana, Trello) is a plus.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Skills:

  • Interest in building a career in Project Management / PMO.
  • Certification or coursework in Project Management (PMP, CAPM, Agile) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Islamabad: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
