Job Purpose:
Prepare the company financial reports, Budget, forecast, financial analysis, support internal and external audit requirements and statuary reports and Tax.
Responsibilities, Duties, and Tasks:

Participate at all company Acquisition/new plans, Project expansions, through coordinate with Head Office and Regional Office along with Business unit managers to develop business strategy.

Follow up company expansion, projects execution and make sure it is managed within the required parameters in coordination with regional office and Head Office guidelines.

Conduct and handle monthly/ quarterly and annual preparation of financial/MIS reports including but not limited to (Financial reports and IFRS packages, budgeting for a multi-purpose terminal and quarterly forecast) and share it with RO/HO.

Ensure prompt and correct accounting, finalize the financial statements and audited statutory without any adverse remarks according to IFRS and EAS (Egyptian Accounting Standard).

Ensure a smooth and healthy communication/follow up and responding to all inquiries/requirements from external auditors (KPMG) during any of the audit process including preparation of financial statements

Prepare all audit requirements in advance.

Prepare the audited financial statements along with its notes for the company

Provide/response to all auditors’ notes/ comments if any during their reviews).

Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting.

Manage and comply with local government reporting requirements, tax filings along with tax inspection process.

Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.

Review the monthly separate and consolidated balance sheet, profit and loss account and cash flow statements (management and auditor formats)

Prepare and ensure accurate and timely reporting to lenders along with loan covenants calculations and required loan certificates.
Qualification, Certificates & Skills
-
Bachelor’s degree in commerce English section, Major: Accounting and finance
-
CMA/CPA/CFA certification is preferred.
-
7:10 years of experience in the same role
-
Strong Accounting/finance experience including multi-entity consolidations and exposure to IFRS reporting.

Experience in auditing.
-
Prefer worked in a multinational environment.
