Financial Controller

We are seeking an accomplished Financial Controller to lead the company’s complete financial function, overseeing accounting, financial reporting, trade financing, payables and receivables, payroll, taxation, and budgeting. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in manufacturing finance, import/export operations, and ERP-based reporting, with proven leadership and communication skills.

The Financial Controller will report directly to the CEO and lead a team of finance professionals, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a comprehensive overview of the organization’s financial performance, position, and cash flows.
• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance and accounts department, including payables, receivables, taxation, and payroll.
• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for strategic decision-making.
• Handle import/export and trade-related financing, including bank documentation and credit facilities.
• Manage global company registrations and ensure accurate accounting across multiple entities and countries.
• Conduct detailed reconciliations and analyses of financial records, invoices, and transactions to maintain data integrity.
• Implement and optimize ERP and accounting systems to improve reporting accuracy and operational control.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business strategy.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10–15 years of proven experience in finance and accounting, preferably within a manufacturing company.
• Strong background in manufacturing accounting, costing, and financial control.
• Expertise in import/export financing, trade banking, and trade documentation.
• Deep understanding of cash flow management, taxation, and financial compliance.
• Hands-on experience with forecasting, budgeting, risk management, and ERP systems (Tier-1 such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to build and guide effective teams.
• Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CA/ACCA/ACMA (or equivalent professional qualification) is mandatory.

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
